nikhef power outage [Update]

We have received notification that our routers at nikhef location have lost one of their power feeds.

All routers have dual power supplies and power feeds.

However there might be complications when the DC engineers resolve this issue.

We are doing our utmost to solve this issue a.s.a.p.
As soon as we have more information available, we will publish it here.

Please be patient while we are working on this problem.

Engineer is onsite and investigating.

[update 02:01]
The engineer has found the cause and has restored power to both feeds. We still need to replace one faulty power supply. The engineer will pick this up now at our office and go back to replace it. No impact to customers is expected.

Engineer is onsite and replaced the faulty power supply.
All redundancy is restored.

Switch upgrade shared hosting en virtual servers

Donderdag 6 augustus tussen 01:00 en 02:00 uur zullen de netwerk verbindingen van het SAN/NAS voor shared hosting en virtuele servers overgezet worden naar een nieuwe, krachtigere, switch. Bij dit onderhoud zal geen onderbreking van de dienstverlening plaats vinden.

We switch everything to our backup switch. We are currently seeing problems with some virtual machines on our storage platform. We are now bringing back VM’s one by one.

The issue seems resolved. Everything should be working normally again.

ADSL van KPN / XS4ALL Only / Business DSL Storing Beesd

Als gevolg van ADSL kaart-storing kunnen klanten met een ADSL van
KPN-, XS4ALL Only en Business DSL-verbinding in Beesd momenteel
geen verbinding maken of problemen ondervinden met de
ADSL/BDSL-verbinding.

Technici zijn op de hoogte en werken aan een oplossing om het probleem
zo snel mogelijk te verhelpen.

XS4ALL Only Storing Boekel

Als gevolg van een kaartstoring kunnen klanten met een XS4ALL Only verbinding in Boekel momenteel geen verbinding maken of problemen ondervinden met de ADSL-verbinding.

Technici zijn op de hoogte en werken aan een oplossing om het probleem zo snel mogelijk te verhelpen.
