[NL] Connectivity issues in part of our network

We are experiencing issues with one of our Internet Exchanges (AMS-IX).Due to the connectivity issues you might be experiencing latency issues or packet loss to certain external hosts.

In cooperation with AMS-IX NOC department we are looking into this issue, and we will provide an update once more information is available.

[NL] Read only virtual servers in the CloudStack Private Cloud platform [Update]

Please note that this issue only affects CloudStack Private Cloud.

We are still working on this issue. We could reconnect most of our hypervisors to the storage network. We are still working on reconnecting the remaining. Therefore, most of the virtual machines are not in read only mode any more.

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

Today at 14:40 AM CEST we experienced a connectivity issue to our storage systems in the Private Cloud platform in the Netherlands. This caused some of our hypervisors to temporarily disconnect from the storage systems. As a result, some of the virtual servers in the platform can be in read only state.

We are working on fixing this issue as soon as possible.

An update on this NOC will follow.

[NL] Shared Webhosting platform connectivity

We are currently experiencing some connectivity problems on our Shared Webhosting platform. Which might result in some slow loading websites. Our engineers are working on this issue.

[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network

Today at 09:45 AM CEST we experienced a line card crash on one of our volume network routers in our AMS-01 datacenter. The line card recovered and connectivity was restored shortly after.

Our engineers are checking the hardware further and will inform you via a maintenance notification if further action is needed that might impact connectivity.

We experienced high latency and packet loss between 00:10 and 00:18 due to one of the routers in AMS-01 that crashed and rebooted. Connectivity has been restored now and we are monitoring the behavior closely.

You may have experienced connectivity issues in our FRA-10 datacenter between 19:20 CEST and 21:30 CEST. This was caused by a faulty wave from one of our providers.

[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

One of our distribution routers crashed due to a line card and control card communication error, a manual restart was required to bring the device back up. Connectivity has now been restored and traffic is back to normal levels. We are monitoring the situation and investigating the issue further.

[NL] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

At the moment we are experiencing connectivity issues in our NL datacenters.

Our engineers are currently working on this matter. Updates will follow through this NOC posting.

[UPDATE 10:05 CEST]

This morning we performed a planned maintenance on our core network in NL.
The changes which were applied at 06:40 CEST impacted connectivity between different parts of our network.

The changes were reverted at 09:12 CEST and connectivity was restored for most parts of the network. One last change was reverted at 09:38 CEST and now connectivity is fully restored.
