We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience during the holiday but a pair of our webmail servers are having storage space issues. We’re working on clearing out space but in the meantime customers are intermittently seeing the following error when trying to send messages:

‘452 insufficient system storage’

This should be cleared up soon (we’ll update this post when it is fixed for good) but in the meantime you can avoid it by using a normal non-web-based client as our regular mail servers are not involved in the issue and are operating without problems.

Update: 2009-11-26 13:20 PST:

This issue has been resolved – we’ll keep an eye on it to be sure but we have plenty of space available now on the effected servers.
