Outage on Express Cloud platform [Update]

All VPS's are being restarted. This will take some time.
If you are still experiencing problems with your VPS after 2 hours, please contact support at [email protected].

UPDATE 15:00
Storage platform is back online. We are now starting the VPS's again. This will cause temporarily a higher load than normal on the storage platform so performance might still be impacted but should improve.

UPDATE 14:30
We continue to work with our storage supplier to fix current issues.
At this time parts of the platform experience severe performance degradation, resulting in high latency on disk reads and writes. This impacts performance of most customer virtual machines.
We are working hard to fix this problem as soon as possible, and will continue to update in 30 minute intervals maximum.
