[20130618] High volume issues Netherlands, EvoSwitch [Update]

At the moment we are having issues with one of our high volume core routers. The symptoms are packet-loss and low speeds. We are looking into the issues what is causing it. Affected prefixes are listed below:

We have switched from routing processors. This resolved the issues and the traffic returned back to normal. We are now looking what caused the issue and a permanent fix.
