At the moment it is not possible to retrieve the status of your Virtual Server or LeaseWeb Cloud instance on all platforms through our Self Service Center.
It is not possible to perform the following tasks using the Self Service Center:
• Retrieve the status of your Virtual Server(s)
• Start, stop, and reboot your Virtual Server(s)
Your instance itself is not affected.
We are working on solving this issue.
