[Global] [SIN] Connectivity issues in part of our Network [Update]

Time: July 28, 2015 09:49:00 (CEST)
Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

[UPDATE 10:10]
Currently connectivity has been restored and traffic is back to normal levels. The issue was caused due to high CPU load on one of our routers. Our engineers are working to identify the root cause of this issue.

[UPDATE 11:30]
The issue was caused by a software bug on one of our core switches. We solved the issue by implementing a work-around. We will schedule a maintenance window to upgrade the software on the core switches as advised by the vendor.

We are currently experiencing a network issue in our SIN-11 Datacenter in Singapore, and we are actively investigating to get to the bottom of it.

The following network prefixes are being affected:

43.249.38.0/23
103.55.8.0/24
103.254.152.0/22
192.253.241.0/24
192.253.255.0/24

2001:df1:800::/48

We will keep you updated on our progress through this NOC posting.
