[NL] Outage Virtual and Cloud services in the Netherlands [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

[UPDATE 10:45 CET] The root cause has been identified and a solution was implemented at 10:15 CET. Our engineers are now performing proactive checks to ensure the availability of your instance.

Although the services are back online, we started an internal investigation to get to the root cause of this incident. All impacted customers will be informed accordingly about the results of this investigation and the measures we will take, to prevent this outage from happening again.

[UPDATE 9:40 CET] We identified the root cause of this outage and our engineers are onsite to implement a solution as soon as possible. An estimation when the issue will be solved can not be provided in this stage, but this NOC message will be updated as soon we know more.

Due to an unexpected event, you might experience an outage and/or interruptions of your Virtual or Cloud service. Our engineers are investigating the cause of the issue with the highest priority.

Please be assured that we will do our utmost to keep the downtime as short as possible.
