During this maintenance window, your Web Hosting services will become unavailable for approximately 5 minutes your Plesk panel and FTP access will be unavailable for the full maintenance window if you fall into one of these categories:

· your domain name resolves to IP address 95.211.13.68
· the Plesk host is on https://psa02-cl2000.leaseweb.com:8443

During the unavailability of your website we will show a maintenance notification.

If you have any database(s), then those will be migrated as well.

The host-name of the database server is: “mysql02” or “mysql02.cl2000.ams1.nl.leaseweb.net”. In case you might connect on IP address please change this to use the host-name.

Plesk has released version 12.5 of its web control panel and we would like to see your websites enjoying the performance benefits of this latest version. We will also upgrade MySQL to 5.6.30. This ensures security, continuity and performance.

We expect no issues after this update, however, we cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party add-ons for website themes, plug-ins, and so forth. Your Plesk login will change to become your customer number, and the password with that will have to be reset. After the migration, we will send you an email with a link to change your Plesk credentials.

The changes are:

-New Plesk username
-New MySQL version 5.6.30
-New storage, full SSD
