Since 14:30H EDT you might have experienced packet loss or higher latency in our WDC-01 data center.
The root cause has been traced to a technical failure in our backbone network. Our engineers are currently investigating this matter and traffic has immediately been re-routed until the issue is solved.
For the duration of this failure, you might experience higher than normal latency to certain destinations.
