Beste klant,

Er is kort netwerkonderhoud in de nacht van dinsdag 10 op woensdag 11
april om 01:00 uur. Er worden updates ge?nstalleerd op de twee routers
welke het netwerkverkeer voor colocation afhandelen.

Deze twee routers zijn active-active redundant. Bij het herstarten van
een router zullen 50% van de bestaande sessies opnieuw opgezet moeten
worden. Dit gaat veelal automatisch en zult u weinig tot niets van
merken. De routers worden met de nodige tests en een tussenpauze van 30
minuten van elkaar herstart.

Klanten welke gebruik maken van BGP (1 sessie) zullen packet loss ervaren
totdat de BGP sessie hersteld is.

Dear customers,

There will be a short maintenance in the night of tuesday 10 to
wednesday 11th of April at 01:00 Amsterdam time. New updates are being
installed on the two routers that handle the traffic for colocation.

These two routers are redundant in an active-active setup. Restarting
one means that roughly 50% of the active sessions will have to be
restart. This often happens automatically, chances are you won’t even
notice it. The routers will be restart with the required tests and a 30
min. break inbetween.

Customers that use BGP (1 session) will experience packet loss until the BGP
session has been re-established.
