At this moment we are experiencing network issues in our NYC-11 data center.
Our engineers are working on this issue with the highest priority.
Please be assured that we will do our utmost to get the service working normally again.

The connectivity issue was a result of memory issues with our cluster of switches.
To mitigate it, the impacted devices were restarted. No issues were present after that.
We are closely monitoring the devices and we will further investigate what was the cause of that memory issue.
