We received add. informations from the Fiber Provider: The issue was caused by a Power Outage in a Relay Station, systems are coming up again one-by-one currently.

At the moment we experience some troubles in (part of) our network. One of our 10G links went down, we have rerouted affected Traffic and are in contact with the Fiber provider
