Dear Customer,

We have experienced an issue in a part of our network.
The issue has been solved already by reloading to the redundant routing processor.

Currently we are still investigating the cause and will consult with our vendor.

There was no complete outage, as the redundant router took over, however customers might have experienced higher latency and small drops during re-convergence.

[UPDATE] To prevent any further issues we have to replace a hardware component. We will perform this replacement tomorrow morning 09-04-2014 at 06:30. Before the replacement we will reroute all traffic to the redundant router, to have minimal impact. However during traffic rerouting and re-convergence customers might experience small packet loss and higher latency.
