Probleem:
Door een storing in het knooppunt Zwolle en Enschede van NDIX is het voor klanten niet mogelijk verbinding te krijgen met het internet. Het gaat hierbij om Ethernet VLAN verbindingen. NDIX is op de hoogte en werkt spoedig aan een oplossing.

Power Maintenance [Update]

Dear customer,



On the 24th of march at 10:00 am CET, we will be performing a power maintenance.

This has to be done to guarantee the uptime and service you expect from us. The power maintenance which Evoswitch is having is done and therefor your server need to get back on the right feed again.



We anticipate that this work will take no more than 15 minutes to complete, and will commence at 10:00 am CET . At the very worst case, this work should be totally completed by 1 hour.



The following ip ranges will be unavailable during this window:

85.17.29.64/27

85.17.29.224/27

85.17.31.128/27



During this maintenance, your server has to be powered off. Please shutdown your server a few minutes before the indicated start time. Leaseweb will power your server on after the maintenance. If your server is still powered, Leaseweb shall power it off.



All times are Central European Time (UTC + 1 hour).

Emergency core router maintenance

Dear Customer,



The software upgrade of our core router at Telecity-2 this morning has introduced an issue with the CPU load on the router.

During this maintenance window we will restart software processes to try and resolve the problem.



If we are not able to resolve the issue with these actions we will upgrade to a different release of Junos.



These steps will incur two or three 5 minute interruptions of routing traffic.

The traffic will be rerouted through or other core router located at Evoswitch.

Telecity2 core router software upgrade [Update]

Dear customer,

We are going to upgrade the software on our core router at Telecity 2 in Amsterdam. Thanks to redundant routing engines and nonstop routing technology the upgrade should be really smooth, but just in case we will reroute our traffic to the core router at Evoswitch during the maintenance. No impact is expected.

The maintenance will take place between 6:30 and 7:30 CET (UTC+1) on the 22nd of March 2011.

[20100316] High volume router maintenance

Onderhoud aan brandmeldinstallatie BIT-1

Op maandag 4 april a.s. zal de leverancier van onze brandmeldinstallatie op BIT-1 tussen 8.30 en 17.30 uur onderhoud uitvoeren. Tijdens dit onderhoud zal de automatische aansturing van de blusinstallatie uitgeschakeld zijn, mocht er door de brandmeldinstallatie brand gedetecteerd worden zal het aanwezige personeel handmatig de blussing activeren.

Het gehele onderhoud zal begeleid worden door engineers van BIT.
