[EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE] Express cloud downtime

Dear customer,

during todays storage performance issues we have identified problems on some disk shelves. These shelves are used for hosting your Express VPS. To solve the problems, we need to schedule an emergency maintenance window.

The emergency maintenance window will be from 20h00 CET to March 5th 08h00 CET. During this window we will shutdown all VPS and relocate the VPS. We will do our utmost best to limit the downtime customer experience. This maintenance is needed to prevent future issues which could cause even bigger issues than the performance issue we are facing at this moment.

Storage performance issues [Update]

At the moment we experience performance issues on part of our storage environment. Customers might experience performance issues. We are currently working hard together with NetApp to resolve the issues. Customers on the Premium cloud are not affected. Affected services are: Express cloud, webhosting clusters (sites on 85.17.150.100) and storage services.



As soon as we have more information available, we will publish it here.

[update 18h14]

After investigations by engineers and NetApp we appear to have issues on some shelves. In order to prevent further problems we will have to schedule an emergency maintenance window with two hours. This will have downtime as a result; customers affected by this maintenance will be contacted separately.
