[update 01:05]
An engineer is nearly on site.
We have copied a new IOS image on the router remotely, and will reboot the router.

[UPDATE 01:54]
At around 01:30 we rebooted the router with a new IOS version.
This did not solve the issue.
We sent the engineer that was nearly on site to drive to evoswitch to get spare parts..
He is currently on his way back to TC2

[DSL] Werkzaamheden bbned

Op woensdag 29 juli 2009 zal bbned tussen 00:00 uur en 06:00 uur werkzaamheden aan haar netwerk uitvoeren. Sommige klanten die gebruik maken van een verbinding via het bbned netwerk kunnen tijdens deze werkzaamheden een onderbreking van maximaal 15 minuut verwachten.

Impact op:

Klanten met een DSL verbinding via het bbned netwerk.

Resellerhosting : Onderhoud : Onderhoud Reseller05, 09, 10, 11 en 13 (Open)

Beste Klant,

In de nacht van Zondag 19 Juli op Maandag 20 Juli zal er tussen 00:00 en 04:00 onderhoud worden uitgevoerd aan Resellers 05, 09, 10, 11 en 13.

Op deze servers wordt de beschikbare hardeschijfruimte uitgebreid. Tijdens het onderhoud zullen de servers allemaal uitgezet moeten worden om de uitbreiding mogelijk te maken.

De verwachte downtime per server bedraagt ongeveer 1 uur.

Ons excuus voor enig ongemak.

emergency router software upgrade

We have scheduled an emergency software upgrade of one router.
The software upgrade is needed to resolve some possible bugs with network latency.

The reload of the router should take 5 to 10 minutes.
