Panel Temporarily Unavailable (round 3)

Looks like the central database servers are at it again. The control panel ) as well as the WebMail interfaces (SquirrelMail and RoundCube) are currently down (temporarily). Our database guru is investigating the situation now and hopes to get it back up again as quickly as possible. We’ll post updates as soon as more information is available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.

NOTE: This will not effect your web servers, private servers or non-webmail e-mail accounts.

ADDENDUM: one side effect of the central database issues we have been having was the temporary loss of a large portion of our cloaking data table. Our admin team is in the process of restoring that information right now and expects to be done in the next couple of hours (2 PM PST was the original target but we just had another outage so we’re not 100% sure on when this will be completed). The good news is that you are not required to wait – if you prefer you may add the service back yourself via the panel here:

and it should come back up once the DNS updates.

UPDATE 1:10pm PST: The central database is back up again (as well as the control panel and WebMail interfaces. The admins are reviewing what they’ve found but don’t have a detailed update at this time.
