Emergency EvoSwitch high volume router maintenance [Update]

Dear customer,

We have decided to perform an emergency maintenance of one of our high volume routers. The router is unstable now and we are going to replace some of its hardware components.

You may see a downtime of up to 1 hour within the maintenance window: 07th of Sep 2012, 02:00-04:00 CEST (UTC+2).

[02:20] The emergency maintenance has been started, we are currently replacing hardware, and reloading the router.

[02:55] After replacing the hardware the issue is not resolved, as discussed by our vendor we will do a routing engine replacement.

[03:45] The routing engine replacement didn't solve the issue, we are now downgrading the software on this router.

[04:05] The router is back online, with the advised software and the issues have been resolved.
