[Leaseweb NL] | Network router issue [Update]

Dear Customer,

We have experienced network router issue on part of our Network.
We are doing our best to solve the problem asap.

The network core routers for this part of the network have a issue, we are trouble shooting the problem by reloading the software.

[Update 02: 16:25 14-06-2013]
We have submitted logging report to our Vendor on the router crash, we are still waiting on our Vendor for a fix on this bug.

[Update 03: 19:20 14-06-2013]
Our vendor received all logging from the devices, and is currently investigating internally. There is a stable workaround in place. But the core issue is not yet solved, we will maintain to update on this page.
