We can confirm the issue has been resolved, all connectivity is now restored. If you still encounter connectivity issues, please create a ticket via the Self Service Centre or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

We have located the cause of the issue and have implemented a work around.
The connectivity issues where most likely caused by a software bug on one of our core routers. We will investigate the issue further in co-operation with the vendor.

We are experiencing connectivity issues on the NL part of our network.
We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and determine the exact impact. We will provide an update on our NOC page once more information becomes available.
