We are currently experiencing issues in our SFO-12 data center. The root cause has been traced to the connection between us and one of our carriers. We are working closely with our provider to solve this. For the duration of this issue, you might experience intermittent packet loss or higher than normal latency to certain destinations. Updates will follow when we have more information, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
