[Global] Causing a 500 error when trying to create or view a ticket in the Customer Portal

Dear Leaseweb customer,
Due to a bug in our Leaseweb Customer Portal, it was not possible to create or view a ticket in the Customer Portal between 17:00 CEST and 21:00 CEST .
We have found the root cause and fixed the issue.
