You may have experienced connectivity issues in our AMS-11 datacenter between 01:05 UTC and 01:45 UTC earlier today.
A software related issue caused one of our routers to restart and fail to boot back automatically. The router is part of a redundant setup so actual impact should be minimal. If this is not the case and your services were impacted for the entire duration of the incident, please contact our Support Department and provide us with your findings.
Both routers are now operational and forwarding traffic.
