We have identified the cause and fixed the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.

At the moment you might experience difficulties reaching the Customer Portal and/or using our APIs. Our supplier is experiencing an outage which affects some of our systems. We expect the Customer Portal and APIs being functional again shortly.

Our engineers are investigating the cause of the issue. Please be assured that we will do our best to keep the impact as minimal as possible.
