[NL, AMS-11] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

[Update 11:00]:
We have rebooted the box, and all connectivity is now fully restored. During the next hours will we closely monitor the behaviour of the box to guarantee network stability.

If you still encounter issues, please create a ticket via the Self Service Centre, or send an e-mail to [email protected]

[Update 09:45]:
Connectivity should have been restored for most affected prefixes. We have isolated the issue and have taken the box out of production. Currently are we further investigating the cause of the issue and we will update this page once more information becomes available.

We currently experience connectivity issues in our AMS-11 data centre (Schuberg Philis). You might not be able to reach your services successfully if you are located in the AMS-11 location. We are investigating the issue with the highest priority. Once more information becomes available, will we provide you with an update via this page.
