[HKG-10, SG] Connectivity issues between HKG and Europe

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,
We are experiencing high latency and packet loss in our network in HKG-10 to/from European locations due to one of our carriers having loss to Europe. For the LeaseWeb locations in Europe we moved traffic away from this carrier, so connectivity should be fully restored, but for other networks you might still experience loss.
We will update you once we have more information.

Seems my carrier has the same problem at this time of the year, have trouble to connect o us hosted sites , e.g. zdnet, even cnn streams are blatantly slow from Amsterdam, starts looking like global overload, New ?Year acoming,…, exerience, I write a handwritten log with a pencil of any event, cannot advise, think this out: evyone is so busy to reach out & say Helloooooooo?????, so Leaseweb, this is too often!
