Business DSL en ADSL van KPN verbinding in Tilburg momenteel
geen verbinding maken of problemen ondervinden met de ADSL/BDSL
verbinding.
Technici zijn op de hoogte en werken aan een oplossing om het probleem
zo snel mogelijk te verhelpen.

Dear Customer,
At the moment we experience some troubles in our network at Evoswitch.
One of the modules did not pass trough any traffic anymore. We forced a reboot of the module which forced a failover to the standby router for the ports on the module.
We are still investigating the cause and will post a update shortly.

After a reboot of the module we see traffic passing through. We have decided to close the ports on this module so traffic will be forced to the other router until we have replaced the module.
[UPDATE 19:30]
We will replace the problem giving module tomorrow morning. Some customers are not transferred to the backup router as they have their redundant connection not connected properly. Customers have been noticed about this earlier and will remain active on the probably faulty module.
[UPDATE 14:30] The faulty module has been replaced, we will shift all traffic back to the replaced module tomorrow morning at 8:00 AM CEST.

Onderhoud Online Backup
Momenteel wordt er onderhoud uitgevoerd op het online backup platform.
Klant impact:
Gebruikers kunnen hierdoor vanaf 13.00 uur hinder ondervinden in de dienstverlening van Online Backup.
De onderhoudswerkzaamheden hebben geen impact op de opgeslagen data.

De afgelopen weken hebben we (vermoedelijk) door bugs in MySQL 5.1 vaker korte hickups op ons MySQL cluster (DB16) gehad dan toelaatbaar. Een mogelijke oorzaak is ook het feit dat dit koppel (primaire server en replicator) de allernieuwste hardware heeft.

Onderhoud koelmachine BIT-2A
Maandag 13 september tussen 08.00 uur en 08.30 uur zal onze leverancier de thermische beveiliging van één van de compressoren van één van de koelmachines van datacenter BIT-2A vervangen. Gedurende dit onderhoud wordt deze koelmachine buiten bedrijf genomen. Aangezien de koelmachines N 1 redundant uitgevoerd zijn, verwachten wij geen temperatuurveranderingen in BIT-2A tijdens het onderhoud.
