Webhosting : Storing : storing, static hosting nl01 en nl02 cluster (Gesloten)

Beste,

Door tot zover onbekende reden is de stroom uitgevallen in 1 van onze racks. In dit rack staan o.a. servers van onze static hosting en nl01 en nl02 cluster.

Ondanks dat webservers van de clusters verdeeld zijn over enkele racks is het door drukte op de resterende webservers mogelijk dat uw website tijdelijk slecht of niet bereikbaar is.

Onze technische dienst onderzoekt momenteel de oorzaak van deze storing.

14:20: De oorzaak betreft een kapotte voeding van de switch in het rack, deze switch zal zo snel mogelijk worden vervangen.

14:35: Ondertussen is de switch vervangen en staat alle webservers weer in de betreffende pool.

[20100804] Windows platform extra maintenance window [Update]

Microsft has released a critical patch for all Windows versions. We are going install this patch on our Windows servers to prevent abuse. The downtime will be approximately a few minutes.

Op dit moment is er een probleem met een aantal van onze mailservers. Klanten die gebruik maken van deze mailserver kunnen geen mail ontvangen en verzenden.

Korte onderbreking op colocatieswitch

Door een menselijke fout is er een korte onderbreking (van enkele seconden) geweest op verkeer op colocatieswitch rbfs3.bit-2a, waarop een deel van de klanten van BIT-2A en BIT-2B aangesloten is. De fout werd direct geconstateerd en hersteld.

[UPDATE 16:35] All network connectivity has been restored, we are still investigating the cause of this issue.

[UPDATE 17:00] Investigation has found human error caused the gateway for the shared firewall to be overwritten. Our apologies for any caused inconvenience.
