[opgelost] Onderhoud meerdere locaties – Internet

Als gevolg van gepland onderhoud kunt u mogelijk in meerdere locaties een korte onderbreking ervaren met uw internetverbinding. Indien u ook telefonie of TV van ons afneemt, kunnen ook deze diensten door dit onderhoud verstoord zijn. Mogelijk dient u het modem uit- en aan te zetten om weer verbinding te kunnen maken.

internetverbinding gedurende de nacht van maandag 9 op dinsdag 10 maart.

Het betreft hierbij: Internet van XS4ALL.

Indien u ook telefonie van ons afneemt, kan ook deze dienst door dit
onderhoud verstoord zijn. Wij stellen alles in het werk om het
onderhoud zo spoedig mogelijk af te ronden.

[open] Storing Amstelveen – Internet van XS4AL

Als gevolg van een storing kunt u in Amstelveen momenteel geen
verbinding maken of problemen ondervinden met de
internetverbinding. Indien u ook telefonie of TV van ons afneemt,
kunnen ook deze diensten verstoord zijn.

Het betreft hierbij: Internet van XS4ALL

Technici zijn op de hoogte en werken aan een oplossing om het
probleem zo snel mogelijk te verhelpen. Mogelijk dient u het modem
uit- en aan te zetten om weer verbinding te kunnen maken.

[Global] Leaseweb Self Service Center is not available [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

[UPDATE 10:15 CET] The issue is resolved at 10:00 CET and the LeaseWeb Self Service Center is available again. Although the service is back online, we started an internal investigation to get to the root cause of this incident in order to prevent it from happening again.

[UPDATE 9:45 CET] We identified the root cause of this issue and our engineers are working hard to implement a solution as soon as possible. This NOC message will be updated again, as soon we know more.

Due to an unexpected event, the LeaseWeb Self Service Center is not available at the moment. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and will update you once we have more information.

Please be assured that we will do our utmost to keep the downtime as short as possible.

The DDoS attack has now been mitigated and connectivity is stable the last 10 minutes. We are still monitoring our network to ensure that there won't be any disruptions.
