NOSD High latency and packet loss

Dear Customer,

We have experiencing a packet loss and latency issues towards one of our internet transit providers TATA in the APAC, Europe & USA due to the simultaneous unavailability  of multiple undersea cable systems between India and Europe You could have experienced increased latency and packet loss impacting internet traffic from India towards APAC, Europe & USA. The issue was first detected at 14:00 CET.
TATA is working on the issue and our design team(Network) is actively working on rerouting the traffic till a resolution is achieved.
We have no ETA from TATA. Apologies for the inconvenience caused

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue. We will update you again once we have more information.
