Network issues between APAC and AU due to submarine cable damage

Many carriers has sub sea cable outage between APAC (Asia Pacific countries) and AU (African Union) and because of this outage, customers may notice packet loss/latency.
The issues are caused by high impact incident causing damages to the AAE1 and SMW5 submarine cable networks. More info.
We are looking for alternative carriers to shift the traffic.
