After the update to the newest version of FTP, it is possible you experience problems when trying to log in. If you notice any problems, you can e-mail to [email protected], in the title you can put “FTP LOGIN” in capitals and in the message you can enter your DirectAdmin username. Fixing the problem only takes us one minute.
