We have decided to upgrade the Supervisor Engine memory , we will transfer all traffic to the backup router and don’t expect any impact for customers.

During this maintenance there will be no latency or traffic loss as there is enough spare capacity.

[UPDATE 06:33] The memory on the primary router has been upgraded, the primary router is now re-establishing it’s route table. After that we will shift traffic back to the primary router.

[UPDATE 07:00] We have shifted the traffic back to the primary router.

Dear Valued customer,

Monday morning 3th of may we will perform maintenance to our webhosting platform. This maintenance will fix some errors which are present in the current Plesk version. Also we will apply the most recent security fixes for the Operating systems.

During this maintenance we have to reboot the affected servers a couple of times during which the hosting service will be interrupted. Please do not plan any web-site maintenance during the maintenance hours.

The upgrade is necessary to improve stability and performance. Also some important bug fixes wil be done.

[UPDATE]
All maintenance has been done. Two major issues we are currently working on:
– At this moment we encounter some problems on one of our webhosting servers connecting to MySQL.
– One environment is still busy updating. Sites are available but access to mail or control panel can take longer.
We expect to solve these issues within 30 minutes.

All servers are online again. Only one environment is still working on mailupdates. We do not have estimates how much time this will take at this moment. Receiving mail messages will be delayed.

Still the Spam blacklist user databases conversion is in progress. Thisconsumes too much time. We are working on a solution. Goal is to bring up email services asap.
