Storing reseller 06/07/09 (opgelost)

Als gevolg van een hardwarematige storing waren we genoodzaakt een aantal reseller servers te herstarten. Bij het herstarten zijn de reseller servers 06/07 en 09 niet direct terug gekomen. Onze technici zijn druk bezig deze servers z.s.m. weer online te krijgen.

Reseller 07 is weer online.
We zijn momenteel nog druk bezig met reseller 06,08,09 en 10. We hopen deze binnen een uurtje weer online te hebben.

Disk swap vps-pool-11.kvm (opgelost)

At this moment we’re performing emergency maintenance on vps-pool-11.kvm. One of the disks within the raid set is malfunctioning and is being replaced right now. Virtual servers on this platform are temporarily unavailable. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Storing reseller 01/02/03 (opgelost)

Als gevolg van een storing op het platform waar reseller 01/02/03 gebruik van maken kan het zijn dat uw pagina’s en mail traag ofwel niet te benaderen te zijn. Onze technische dienst is hiervan op de hoogte en we hopen het probleem zo spoedig mogelijk verholpen te hebben.

Gedeeltelijke storing Aurora Cloud services (opgelost)

Due to an issue on one of the underlying storage platform, a part of the Aurora services are currently unavailable.

Our technicians are currently working on a solution.

Service has been resumed on the mentioned storage platform. Virtual machines affected by this outage will be started in the upcoming minutes.

Restarting the virtual machines has unexpectedly been delayed. We are working to make further progress.

Unfortunately later then we had wished for the affected virtual machines are slowly being started at this moment. We will monitor this process closely.

About 50% of the machines has been restarted at this point. The remaining vm’s will probably be running again in the upcoming half hour.

Onderhoud Aurora compute

During the night of Thursday March the 13th on Friday March the 14th we will perform maintenance on the network of the Aurora Compute platform between 0:00 and 05:00 GMT+1. During this maintenance we will increase the network capacity of the platform due to the ever growing amount of DDoS attacks.

In case the IP address of your instance is within the 185.27.174.0/24 and 185.27.175.0/24 range, you may experience short ‘hiccups’ during a reroute.

Storing mail verzenden via SMTP (opgelost)

Due to a change on our outgoing mail server, you may experience problems with sending email over SSL. A quick workaround to temporarily resolve this issue is to disable SSL in your mail client.

The underlying problem has been resolved. Sending email over SSL should work like intended again. If this is not the case, then please contact our helpdesk.
