[NL, AMS-01] LeaseWeb Cloud Storage maintenance on AMS01 [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

[ UPDATE]
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have decided to postpone the scheduled maintenance to a later date.
A new maintenance window will be scheduled.

We would like to inform you about a scheduled maintenance on a part of our LeaseWeb Cloud platform in the Netherlands at Tuesday January 14th 2014, starting at 10.00AM CET.
All affected LeaseWeb Cloud customers will be informed separately by e-mail about the maintenance.
If you did not receive an e-mail, your Cloud instance(s) are not affected.

LeaseWeb has to upgrade and expand the storage system which is used by your hosted platform at LeaseWeb.
Please read below mentioned carefully to avoid any kind of miscommunication, data loss and/or data corruption. The maintenance is to assure the continuity of our services to you with an up-to-date platform in prevention of possible disruptions. This maintenance will not require activities of the customer and should not impact availability of the platform.

We do not expect any downtime unless an unforeseen event occurs.

Customer activities:
– Ensure all backup jobs are finished before the announced date and time
– Subscribe and/or check our NOC page for available progress updates

LeaseWeb activities:
– Start with the maintenance at 10.00AM CET | January 14th 2014.
– Expected duration is 2-3 hours
– An hourly update will be provided via our NOC page: http://leasewebnoc.com/en/maintenance

A small number of VPS's are still facing issues, we are working on getting these back online.
Please do NOT restart your VPS or try fix your filesystem as we are doing our utmost to solve this issue.

[NL] [NL] Cloud problems – LeaseWeb Netherlands [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,
We currently experience problems with the LeaseWeb Virtual Server platform. Engineers are investigating the issue at this moment. We are doing our utmost to solve this issue. As soon as we have more information available, we will publish it here. Please be patient while we are working on this problem.

[UPDATE 09:00]
Currently we are still working on the issues and investigating some high latency issues related to the storage connections together with our storage supplier. The problem is causing high CPU load on a number of hypervisors, causing VPS-es to be slow or unresponsive. A reboot will not solve the issue at the moment, please do not try to reboot your virtual server.
The platform affected is the Virtual Server platform in The netherlands.

[NL] CLOUD – problems with selected virtual machines [Update]

Update:
The issue was caused by a large DDoS on the platform. The DDoS is now mitigated. If you still have issues, please restart your instance or renew the IP lease by using the console through the LeaseWeb SSC.

***UPDATE***
We have resolved cause of issue. If you have problem with connection to your VPS please do stop/start instance in SSC.

If you still have an issue with your Cloud Server, please open a ticket.

LeaseWeb Cloud maintenance [Update]

Dear Customer,

On Tuesday August 6 at 07.30 CEST we will perform maintenance on our LeaseWeb Cloud platform.
This maintenance will affect our LeaseWeb Cloud product in our data centers in the Netherlands, Germany, and the United States.

This maintenance will not have any impact on your cloud instance(s). However, you will not be able to perform the following tasks using the Self Service Center:
 
Retrieve the status of your cloud instance(s)
Start, stop, and reboot your cloud instance(s)

This maintenance should take approximately 30 minutes and we will notify you through an update on this posting when it is complete. We apologize for the inconvenience.

[UPDATE 08:05 CEST]
The maintenance has finished successfully.
All functionalities of the Self Service Center are available again.
