CLOUD platform maintenance

Dear customer,

On Tuesday the 29th of January at 6.00 hours CET we are going to perform maintenance on our Cloud platform.
This migration will ensure more flexibility when optimizing performance and adding storage capacity.
We expect the maintenance to take up to 2 hours.
During this time certain instances will be paused. We have notified the owners of these instances separately. If you have not received a notification, the following actions will be unavailable during maintenance:
• Retrieving the status of your instance(s);
• Starting, stopping and rebooting your instance(s) via the Self Service Center.
We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

[NL CLOUD] Performance problems with storage platform [Update]

Dear customer,
At the moment we experience performance issues on our cloud storage platform (NL site). Customers might experience performance issues on their VPS. We are currently working together with vendor to resolve those issues.

When we have more information, we will update the status

[US CLOUD] Issues with CLOUD platform [Update]

Dear Customers,
Currently we experience issues with our CLOUD platform in US.
Reason for this outage is yet unknown and we are working on fixing that problem.

We will post an update shortly.

We are still working on this issue. Right now we don't have any estimation how long it may take to fix that problem.
We do our best to fix it asap.

[CLOUD] Issues with features [Update]

Currently we experience issues with following features on our CLOUD platform:

– reinstallations are not possible
– new orders are not processed
– starting servers is not possible

We are working on fixing those issues.

• Start, stop, or reboot your cloud instance(s) using the SSC.
The availability of your service(s) will not be impacted in any other way.

Maintenance US Express Cloud [Update]

On Wednesday December 12, 2012 we will perform maintenance on our U.S. Express Cloud platform. The maintenance will start at 4.00 AM EST, we expect to finish at 5.00 AM EST.
During this time you will still be able to reach your instance. Please do not reboot your instance during the maintenance, as this might impact network connectivity.
