Geen of traag internet? Storing op je TV? Problemen met vast bellen of hulp nodig met je mobiel of tablet? Check eerst hier of er mogelijk een storing is in de buurt. Probeer niet direct apparatuur of bekabeling aan te passen! Als het gaat om een individuele storing op jouw lijn, kan het enkel het probleem verergeren.

Als duidelijk is dat het hoogstwaarschijnlijk enkel op jouw lijn zit, check dan altijd de modem/router en de bekabeling. Het opnieuw opstarten van de modem/router kan opzich geen kwaad en is het eerste wat je kan proberen. Mocht dat alles niet werken? Check dan altijd met de helpdesk van jouw provider of er meer aan de hand is.

There was a DDoS targeted at the router.
This attack was filtered a couple of minutes ago.

[opgelost] [s52] Verminderd bereikbaar (update)

Voor nu beschouwen we deze storing als opgelost, vrijwel alle IP’s van de DDoS staan geblokkeerd en de aanval heeft nu dus geen merkbaar effect op de server. We gaan nu proberen om te achterhalen wie de dader van de DDoS is. Mocht u op s52 gehost worden en vermoeden dat u een doelwit bent, neem dan contact met ons op.

The high CPU load on the EasyNet routers was caused by a (probably compromised) server of a customer of ours. We have shutdown his ports till further action.
