[Emergency] High volume router maintenance

Dear customer,



We need to replace some modules on one of our high volume routers. Only customers which ip’s are listed below will be impacted when we move their uplink to another module.



During the move which will take a few minutes per ports the servers will be offline.



The maintenance will take place between 7:00 and 7:30 on Tuesday 21 Jun 2011 CET (UTC+1).



The affected IP ranges:



85.17.28.64/26

Router software upgrade [Update]

Dear Customer,

We have scheduled a software upgrade of one router.
Six weeks ago we upgraded this router due to some possible bugs in network performance. The currently running version has a bug with memory leaks.
To resolve the memory leaks we will upgrade to a newer version IOS.

The reload of the router should take 5 to 10 minutes.

cancelled Emergency router software upgrade [Update]

We have scheduled a software upgrade of one router.
This router crashed yesterday due to a software crash.

The reload of the router should take 5 to 10 minutes.

Affected IP ranges:
94.75.218.0/23
94.75.232.0/24
94.75.250.0/24

Customers within these ranges will be offline during the reload.

[Update 7 September 2009 13:44] After the router crash we just had the new software is now runnning so we do not have do a reload for this.

Core router crs-tc2 software upgrade [Update]

Startdate: September 1st 2009 06:00:00(CEST)
Enddate: September 1st 2009 07:30:00(CEST)

Dear Customer,

During this maintenance window we will reboot the CRS-1 router at Telecity.
The reboot is required to upgrade installed software.

Before the reboot we will reroute all traffic to the core router at location Evoswitch.
No service impact is expected, however there might be a brief period of higher latency during the switchover.
