[20120327] Datagraph issue

Dear Customer,

Regrettably we have to announce that one of our datagraph servers corrupted graph data, we are currently still restoring backups.

As a result it looks like we lost about 2,5 weeks of data in the worst case scenario.

Affected customers:
-Colocation customers in the Netherlands
-Some high volume customers in the Netherlands

Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Please note that this issue is not service affecting.

Express cloud storage issue [Update]

SSC Maintenance window [Update]

[20120314] DWDM maintenance Telecity2-EvoSwitch [Update]

Emergency Power maintenance affecting caching nameservers Frankfurt:



today (1 March 2012) the LeaseWeb team needs to perform emergency maintenance

on the racks that contain the caching nameservers in Frankfurt.



The expected downtime will be approx. 15 minutes per server.

The affected systems are:

– nscache07.leaseweb.net (178.162.151.40)

– nscache09.leaseweb.net (178.162.151.41)



One by one, they will be moved to a different location.

If your server uses only one of these 2 IP addresses,

please make sure to add the second IP address as well.

This will ensure resolving of domain names is still possible,

by using the alternative nameserver.
