Fiber Carrier still locating the the issue, seems to be a Fiber Cut, still no ETR

Der Leitungsanbieter hat eine Grossstörung im Raum Nordrhein-Westfalen bestätigt, Reparaturzeit seitens des Anbieters bisher nicht angegeben.



Re-routing des Datanverkehrs ist bereits erfolgt. Sollten sie weiterhin Störungen haben senden sie uns bitte eine mail an [email protected]

Der Leitungsanbieter ist noch dabei die Störung auf der Glasfaserstrecke zu lokalisieren, weiterhin kene Reparaturzeit angegeben

EvoSwitch maintenance

*** IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE NOTICE ***



Dear customer,



Between January 18th 22h00 and January 27th 08h00 our datacenter provider EvoSwitch has announced a planned maintenance that will take place in several windows. The modifications that will be made during the maintenance window will allow EvoSwitch to manage the power distribution within the datacenter more effectively.



Maintenance will occur on the power infrastructure of the datacenter and will have impact on the power feeds of racks located in data hall 5.





Dedicated server customers

All LeaseWeb racks are redundant or will be made redundant before the maintenance windows. If this has impact on your server you will be contacted seperately. All other customers will not be affected by this maintenance window.







Colocation customers

———————–

If your infrastructure is set up with redundant power feeds you will have no impact but might notice a switch from power source. If your infrastructure is set up without redundant power feeds, you are advised to upgrade to a redundant setup or you will experience downtime during the maintenance window(s).



All colocation customers are contacted seperately to discuss this maintenance and options.

[20120116] Leaseweb Germany Core Router Update

During this maintenance window we will upgrade the software on one of the core routers at Databurg.



We do not excpect downtime, however there could be very short interruptions while alternate routing paths are calculated.





The maintenance will take place between 8:00 and 9:00 CET (UTC+1) on the 16th of January 2012.
