We located the problem is related to a storage node. We currently starting to replace this hardware. ETA is about 60 minutes.

[UPDATE 15:25]

The storage node has been replaced, and all services are operational.

For some linux VPS an extra reboot might be required if filesystem is mounted as read-only.

Telecity2 core router software upgrade.

The brief outage of the webhosting platform was caused due to an interruption in the connection of the storage platform. This caused the webdata to be unavailable for the webservers.



The situation is restored now and all websites are back online.
