Connection problems EvoSwitch [Update]

At the moment we experience some troubles in (part of) our network.

We are receiving complaints from some customers about unreachability of their servers behind 2 of our routers located at EvoSwitch.

At this moment we are still busy solving this problem, we have found the cause of this problem.

[UPDATE 22:16]
One 48 port blade is partly malfunctioning.
It is parsing/sending HSRP packets, but not forwarding traffic.
Due to this no automatic failover was initiated.
We have manually shutdown these interfaces.
Two dedicated server racks have issues with their backup uplinks, these problems are being corrected.

The two dedicated server racks and two Colocation customer racks have their backup uplinks restored.

An OSPF routing loop due to incorrect IP address assignment.

Unreachability of all Undernet IRC servers

Due to some outgoing DDoS attacks we have blocked access to all Undernet IRC servers.
Today we had some issues due to the large amount of compromised customer servers which were attacking the Undernet IRC servers from our network.

Telefonica blocked 94.0.0.0/8 [Update]

Dear Customer,

Since yesterday (Feb 11) afternoon one of our IP ranges (94.75.192.0/18) seems to be blocked in Spanish Telefonica network. Our investigation showed that Telefonica probably blocked whole range 94.0.0.0/8.

We announced Telefonica, we are cooperating with our Spanish customers to solve the issue. As soon as we have more information available, we will publish it here.

Please consider it is not Leaseweb network issue. There are hundreds of companies all over Europe within the affected range 94.0.0.0/8.

Our tests show the IP’s within 94.0.0.0/8 are again accessible in Telefonica network.
