SBP dDOS [Update]

At the moment we experience some troubles on location Schuberg Philis, we are receiving a large dDOS.

We are doing our utmost to solve this issue a.s.a.p.

Emergergency Easynet room 2a Airco problem [Update]

Dear Customer,

Easynet has informed us about a faulty fan in room 2a. This needs to be replaced urgently. To replace the fan the chiller needs to turn off. This should only affect room 2a. We have engineers onsite to monitor the situation. All updates we recieve will be placed here.

The problems is contained to one airco which needs to shutdown. The other airco will take over so increase in temperature will be minimal. We will of course monitor the situation closely.

When we have more information we will update this page.

Maintenance darkfiber

Dear Customer,

One of our darkfiber providers has announced a maintenance on 11 September 00:00 till 11 September 06:00. During this maintenance they will do a “lift and shift”. Impact to customers will be minimal because of the redundant setup of our network. There could be some short periods of packetloss while STP or OSPF reconverges over the alternative path.

Emergency Maintenance EvoSwitch

One of our darkfiber suppliers(KPN) has informed us that they will perform a emergency maintenance today at EvoSwitch. . Customers van expect a short period of packetloss and higher latency while backup paths converge. Due to our redundant setup no major impact is expected.

ADSL router reload [Update]
