Dear LeaseWeb customer,

We have experienced connectivity issues on a section of our network in the Schuberg Philis and Esynet data centers (AMS-11,AMS-12). You might have experienced packet loss or latency if you are located in the AMS-11 or AMS-12 location. The network issues were caused by a DDoS attack and the attack was mitigated. Connectivity should now be restored.

We are experiencing connectivity issues on a section of our network in the Netherlands and Germany data centers.

We are investigating the cause of this issue and we will update you as soon as we have more information.

Update 1:
We found that we are currently advertising too many prefixes which is causing connectivity issues. We are working on a solution.

[Global] Datagraphs not available in our Self Service Center [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

[UPDATE] We found the root cause of the issue and we are working on a fix now. Besides datagraphs, we also noticed that the disable/enable switchport functionality is not working as result of this bug.

Due to a bug in our Self Service Center, it is currently not possible to view datagraphs for your Bare Metal Server or Colocation service.

We are investigating the cause of this issue, we will update you again as soon as we have more information.

Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

[NL, AMS-01] [NL, AMS-01] Degradation of storage performance on part of the NL Virtual Server platform

Dear Customer,

We encountered an unexpected issue with our storage system and together with the supplier we are looking into the main reason for that issue. The system is now stable again.

We try to minimize any impact, however you might experience IO issues or your Virtual Server being in read-only.

You can try to fix your Virtual Server performing a 'Reboot' process.

[NL, AMS-01] Degradation of storage performance on part of the NL virtual server and cloud platform

We have replaced a failed disk, and the system is now rebuilding the replaced disk.
This can give some performance impact as the rebuild is ongoing. We try to minimize issues however you might experience IO issues or your Virtual Server being in read-only.

As soon as we have more information regarding the rebuild you will be informed.
