[Global] SSC Connectivity issues [Update]

Dear Leaseweb Customer,

The connectivity issues with SSC have been solved.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might caused.

At the moment we are experiencing connectivity issues with our Self Service Center (SSC). The issue is caused by a DDoS attack. At the moment we are working on the attack mitigation and make connectivity stable again. We will keep you updated via this page.

[NL, AMS-01] Premium network firewall issues [Update]

Currently we are experiencing a firewall failing. Depending on were you are connected you might experienced connectivity issues. We are investigating and updates will follow.

We are still working to make connectivity stable again. Currently the secondary firewall is into active mode. We will continue updating this page.

The issue was caused by a DDoS attack. We managed to filter the attack and connectivity has been fully restored.

[NL] LeaseWeb CloudServer platform issues [Update]

At this moment we are experiencing difficulties in part of our LeaseWeb CloudServer platform.
These issues only occur on the Netherlands CloudServers.
You may encounter problems connecting to your CloudServer or your instance may get rebooted.

We try to solve these issues as soon as possible.

[US] Degradation of storage performance on US cloud platform [Update]

We have replaced a failed disk, system is now rebuilding the replaced disk.
This can give some performance impact as the rebuild is ongoing.
We try to mimimize the impact on the platform.

We are experiencing some degradation in performance on the USA Cloud storage infrastructure.
We are currently looking into what causes this issue.
