We experienced an unexpected switch over on our DWDM/wave equipment between 17:35 and 17:45 CEST. During the incident there could have been packet-loss and/or higher latency to/from specific networks. At the moment connectivity is restored. We experienced connectivity issues in our network in FRA-10. The issue was cased due to unexpected behavior on one of DWDM/wave links of one of our transport providers. During the impact there could have been packet-loss, higher latency and/or service unavailability to/from specific networks. At the moment connectivity has been restored in a great degree. We are sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused you.
