We will perform a software upgrade on the MPLS/Metro router in AMS01. During this maintenance customers that have a metro terminating at AMS01 will notice down-time during the software upgrade. Expected down-time is 30 minutes.

We have experienced a member of the redundant firewall cluster failing. Depending on were you are connected you might experienced degraded performance or packet-loss.

During the replacement of the member, we encountered a software bug. The replacement was canceled due to this and postponed to a later time. The failed unit has been replaced. We have done several tests to make sure failover is working again.
