[20130425] EvoSwitch high volume router maintenance [Update]

Routing loop in NL datacenter

Due to a routing loop caused by one of our customers all services using routers evo-sr3 and evo-sr4 experienced high latency and small amount of packet loss.

The loop was created around 20:45 CEST (UTC+2)

The issue have been identified and solved.
