[Leaseweb DE] High volume router outage [Update]

Dear Sir/Madam,

We lost connections to one of our high volume routers in our Frankfurt DC. We are investigating and updates will follow.

46.165.220.0/22
46.165.228.0/22
46.165.240.0/21
We are currently rebooting the box.

The router has recovered and all the connections should also have recovered,
if you still experience any issues please contact our support department.

[Leaseweb DE] | Possible issues in Legacy Network [Update]

Dear Sir,

While the scheduled migration for the router replacement in Germany has finished, we were informed of a few cases were servers became unreachable. Should you experience issues in reaching your server, please open a ticket with support.

[UPDATE 10:00] The issue has been solved, during the migration from one router manufacturer to another there was an unexpected change of behavior which caused some IP's to be unreachable. Our apologies for any caused inconvenience.

[Update 11:50] We found another issue affecting customer with ip's in range 178.162.128.0/18. This has been fixed now. Should you still experience issues, please let us know.

[20130327] Router replacement German Legacy network day 2

We will be replacing the core routers for the German Legacy network (former Netdirekt) with equipment from another vendor.

During this maintenance we do expect brief downtime, however as the routers are placed in a redundant setup we will do our utmost to keep the downtime as low as possible

We do apologize for any inconvenience caused, and do our best to reduce the impact.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We currently experience issues with one of our routers in Frankfurt (Legacy Network)
When we fix this issue we will update the status via NOC.

Update 10:33

We have determined the issue as a software crash,
and we have power cycled the router and expect the router to be up and running soon.
We will update you as soon as the router has come back up

Update 10:55

After the reboot of the router the were some implications which prevent the router to route traffic.
We are doing our utmost best to solve the issue.

Update 12:21

The router has recovered and is forwarding/routing traffic as intended,
if you experience any issues at all please contact our Support department.

Update 19:05
This issue with the router has returned, we are continuing investigation and will update via this page a.s.a.p,

Update 20:25
The router is continuing to perform as designed and there are no network issues.
We do have issues with our Data-graphs and are working on a fix.
